Aggression is a natural behavioural response for a dog when it finds itself in a situation that it cannot cope with.  What one person considers to be aggressive behaviour is not necessarily the same as another. Some owners consider growling and lunging as aggressive, while others define it by more serious behaviour such as attacking and biting. The definition is unimportant. All that is important is whether your dog's behaviour is a problem to you or others.

The rehabilitation of a dog with an anti-social behaviour requires more than standard training in order to resolve the problem.  It is therefore inappropriate for these dogs to attend traditional training classes.

Rehabilitation Classes are dedicated to dogs with antisocial behaviours. These classes play an essential role in the successful modification of a dog's behaviour.

An initial behavioural assessment will assist in structuring a rehabilitation programme for you and your dog.  If appropriate you may be asked to join my rehabilitation group.  This is offered in association with Jacqui Jones of Alpha Dog Training.   These monthly sessions enable you to work with your dog in a relaxed and controlled environment with other owners who understand.
